This Month has been crazy already! The changes in the boys are unreal!!! They are getting so big & doing more & more every day! Here's a look!
Kyle has always been all about business when it comes to drinking his milkies...well on 5/1/09...he broke history! While drinking the first bottle of the day...he smiled at daddy! Believe me we have tried to get some type of reaction out of him before, to no avail. Literally it was like trying to get the English soldiers to crack a smile!

The boys are continuing to eat Stage 1 solid food. They have eaten...Peas, Green Beans, Squash...and now carrots!

...have started a bad habit! I started handing a diaper to Kyle so he would play with it & let me change his diaper without his help! Well now he takes as many diapers as he can get & some end up thrown over his head...what have I started!!!

...And this was the one & only time I have found Kyle in a different spot...he usually looks like the pic below while Kody is all over the place...

On 5/6/09...it was the sweetest thing...Kody was crying so I picked him up to hold him & console him. We sat in the recliner, Kody turns around, opens his mouth wide & leans in. He gave me 2 kisses & then closed his mouth & turned around to continue to watch brother...Melted my heart! Isn't that the cutest thing ever!!! He is such a little sweetie!

Kody always has to stick his fingers in his mouth after every bite of food that you give him. As you can see this creates a mess. It is pretty cute though. It's on his nose, eye lashes, eye brows, cheeks, both hands, and of course all over his mouth!
Kyle has started doing raspberries every time you put food in..which results in most of it all over the high chair & mommy!
They are the sweetest, smiley boys ever!

Another one of Kody's tricks...if he is not strapped into his bouncer he will be out of it...literally within seconds!!!
Playing together some more...usually always wanting the same toy...even though as you can see there is one just like it in front of Kody not being used!
And yet another trick from Kody...he can now get out of the swing when he doesn't want to sleep anymore! I usually swaddle the boys in their wraps for their morning nap while I pump for an hour...well if Kody isn't ready to go to sleep or if he wakes up early & wants out...this is what he does...He also has gotten out of the big swing too...thankfully we have found a way to strap them into the swing while they are still swaddled!

...it occurred after a little temper tantrum of epic proportions during play time...
I had a feeling...
...and it was right...Kyle sprouted 2 teeth Wednesday (5/13/09)...
...if you look at the picture closer you can see 2 white lines...
My little baby is becoming a little boy now...it was a very sad day for Mommy & Daddy, yet happy at the same time. It's extremely hard to get pics in his mouth as he doesn't want his pearly whites shown off...so hopefully better pics to come...
I told Kody he wasn't allowed to get teeth yet, he needed to stay Mommy's little baby for a little longer...thankfully he has listened...which I should enjoy because who knows if that will happen very often! :)
When we put the boys to bed...two things are certain...
First...Kody is NEVER in the same spot...he will be as he is above or in some random place & in a random position somewhere in his crib...
Second...trusty Kyle is always in the same place you lay him in the morning!
Kyle has a love for tags & tails...if either are to be found...he will find them no matter where they are...and this is what usually happens to them...they end up in his mouth!

Ta-da! Its a jogging stroller that converts into a Bike trailer as well...
...the boys were pretty intrigued because up until this point, they are in the "carriers" in the stroller...so they had never sat up & gotten to look at everything while we were on a walk...
